Our clients plan meals with us at the beginning of the week and they pick it up on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Its very old school, like when you actually had a relationship with your Butcher or Fish Monger. However it allows us to provide an entirely different level of quality when it comes to center of the plate meats and seafood.
