What sorts of photos are eligible?

A photo that characterizes the beauty of life and landscapes in Western Colorado   

How do I get votes?

This is a social contest, which means that the more word spreads, via our paper, Facebook, email, etc the more likely you are to get votes.  We strongly recommend sharing this contest on your own Facebook page or at least telling your friends and family about the contest so that they can go vote on your entry.

How does it work?
View the entries and vote for your favorite.  You may vote 5 times a day. You can use your five votes for either the same photo or a variety of photos. 

Can I still play if the contest has already started?
Yes. As long as it is still within the voting period.

Are there prizes?

The winning photo will be published in the Western Colorado Portrait: Living magazine that publishes August 28.  It will be distributed as part of The Daily Sentinel to all subscribers.
